Executive/Sr. Executive – TMS Support 

About The Job: 

This candidate will be part of TMS Support team supporting on various activities in managing TMS Portal and app related queries like resolving queries from internal teams/merchants/partners/banks related to app status, firmware update or TMS related reports 

Responsibilities: 

• Inventory management for all banks on the portal. Activities like uploading the device on portal, allocating the device to the respective bank/merchant/vendor 
• Uploading and pushing the app on the respective devices based on the request shared by internal teams, banks, partners 
• Supporting field team with device/app related troubleshooting through TMS portal 
• Daily device reports related to TMS 
• Co-ordination with tech team for any technical support related to updates/device/app/portal 
• Managing emails and calls requests to ensure timely support and resolution to the queries raised 
• MIS Preparation 
• Coordination with internal teams and vendors 
• Additional activities as per requirement 

Requirements: 

• Fresher Graduate – BCA/BSC-IT/MCA 
• Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel / Outlook) 
• Should have good communication skills 
• Strong attention to details and willingness to learn new tasks 
• Adaptability and a positive attitude toward training and developments 
• Should be willing to work on weekends & Rotational Shifts
