Export Compliance & Administration Executive (E‑commerce)

1. Export Compliance
2. Handling end‑to‑end export compliances for e‑commerce shipments, including preparation and maintenance of export documents (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, AWB/courier documents) and coordination with logistics partners, customs agents, and authorities.
3. GST & Statutory Matters
4. Managing GST compliances related to exports, including LUT/Bond documentation and maintaining records required for returns, audits, or refunds.
5. Banking & Export Proceeds
6. Coordination with banks for export‑related documentation and ensuring timely realization of export proceeds, including follow‑up for eBRC/BRC.
7. MIS & Reporting
8. Preparation and maintenance of MIS using MS Excel, tracking export orders, shipments, receivables, and compliance status.
9. Administration
10. Handling general administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management and maintaining proper records and documentation.

Skills Requirement :

·        Knowledge of export procedures and compliances

·        Working knowledge of GST (exports)

·        Experience in export banking coordination

·        Proficiency in MS Excel

·        Good command of English
