Export Documentation And Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Documentation and Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with clients and shipping agents, and supporting international marketing activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and verify all export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth shipment processes.
• Maintain export records and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Communicate with overseas clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and documentation.
• Support the marketing team in promoting products to international clients via email, social media, and online platforms.
• Assist in identifying new export markets and potential buyers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product and pricing information.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in export documentation or international marketing (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of export documentation procedures and international trade terms (INCOTERMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
