Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Export Sales Executive to expand our global presence and manage international clients for our packaging products. The candidate will be responsible for developing export markets, handling international sales inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth export operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new international customers and export markets
• Handle export sales inquiries, quotations, and negotiations
• Maintain relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and importers
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for export shipments
• Manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Participate in international trade platforms and B2B portals
• Monitor global market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or International Trade
• 2+ years of experience in Export Sales or International Marketing
• Knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with international clients and different time zones
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B export sales within manufacturing or packaging industry
• Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms)
• Experience handling freight forwarders and export logistics
