Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in luxury hotel or high-end F&B environment

Height Requirement: 5’4” & above

Role Overview:

Deliver exceptional guest service in the restaurant and F&B outlets, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience

Serve food and beverages according to luxury hotel standards

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas

Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols

Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements:
