Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Factory/Production Manager to oversee operations at our Mumbai Retail laundry facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 30+ staff, ensuring high-quality service output, maintaining machinery, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of processed laundry to our retail outlets.

As the Laundry Manager, you will:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of our Mumbai plant
• Manage a team of 30+ skilled employees across various departments and Shifts
• Ensure quality control, workflow efficiency, and timely deliveries
• Drive operational excellence across premium B2C and institutional B2B clients
• Maintain and implement SOPs and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with support functions for continuous process improvement

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role of a factory process management
• Experience handling both retail (B2C) and institutional (B2B) laundry operations
• Strong team management, leadership, and training skills
• Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment and plant operations
• Experience in premium/luxury garment care is preferred
