Factory Worker

We are looking for a Helper to support daily operations in our garment manufacturing factory. The role involves assisting different departments such as cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and loading. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist workers in cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing sections

Carry and move fabric, garments, and materials within the factory

Help in folding, tagging, ironing, and packing finished garments

Keep the work area clean and organized

Follow safety and factory rules at all times

Support supervisors and skilled workers as required

Requirements:

No formal education required

Prior factory experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Willing to work in shifts and follow instructions

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
