HIRING: Female Client Experience & Brand Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing, communication-led professional to represent the brand at our Kala Ghoda store. This role focuses on client interaction, brand storytelling, and creating a refined in-store experience, while working alongside an operations-focused team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in clients and build long-term relationships
• Communicate the brand’s philosophy, textiles, processes, and silhouettes
• Assist with styling, sizing, and product understanding
• Handle repeat-client and custom-related conversations
• Maintain basic client and sales-related reporting

Skills & Experience Required

• Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or cultural spaces
• Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Interest in textiles, craft, and design-led clothing
• Comfortable with basic emailing and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Warm, confident, and intuitive approach to clients
