• Bespoke Customization: Work directly with clients to provide custom fittings, fabric selection, and styling advice based on the occasion and body type.
• Fabric & Material Sourcing: Select premium materials like silk, brocade, velvet, and fine wools, ensuring they meet the aesthetic and durability standards for formal wear.
• Tech Pack Creation: Develop highly detailed technical specifications, including precise measurements for complex tailoring and embroidery placement.
• Production Management: Oversee master tailors and artisans to ensure the high-quality execution of complex silhouettes and hand-worked details.
