Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized, responsible and well-planned individual to join our team. This role involves end-to-end coordination across the production process along with client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and structure daily workflow to ensure timely production.

• Coordinate with Masters and Tailors to maintain smooth garment execution.

• Liaise with dyers and fabric processors for timely treatments and deliveries.

• Oversee quality checks before client deliveries.

• Track and manage production timelines to meet client deadlines.

• Maintain records, updates and workflow documentation.

• Support daily boutique operations as required.

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding status and delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a boutique, fashion house, or garment production setup preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a well-planned work approach.

• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage production schedules efficiently.

• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality standards.

• Calm, solution-oriented attitude in fast-moving environments.
