Field Engineer

Field Engineer – IT, Networking & Security SystemsKey Responsibilities:

• Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and provide on-site solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, IP cameras, cabling)
• Set up and manage networking systems (routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Configure IP addressing, internet setup, and network troubleshooting
• Perform OS installation, upgrades, antivirus setup, and system maintenance
• Provide on-site technical support and customer service
• Maintain service reports and documentation
