Job Description
- Bill Distribution: Responsible for accurately distributing electricity bills to designated addresses within assigned territories or routes.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient routes for bill distribution to ensure timely delivery and maximum coverage.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers during bill distribution to provide assistance, answer queries, and address concerns. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on various billing options, payment methods, and energy-saving tips. Provide information on available services, programs, and resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve departmental objectives. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
