Job Title: Driver Recruitment Associate (Auto)Location: Field-based – Mumbai

Job Summary:We are looking for a Driver Recruitment Associate to help onboard new auto, bike taxi, and cab drivers to the Uber platform. Your main job is to reach out to drivers who have signed up but haven’t started driving yet — and help them complete the onboarding process and take their first trip.

• What You’ll Do:Find and connect with drivers who have registered but are not yet active.
• Explain the benefits of driving with Uber.
• Help drivers complete all required steps – documents, training, app setup, etc.
• Guide and support them until they take their first ride on Uber.
• Solve any issues they face and motivate them to start driving.
• What We’re Looking For:Comfortable working on the field across Mumbai.
• Good communication skills – able to talk to and motivate people.
• Able to work independently and manage your own time.
• Experience in sales or fieldwork is a plus.
• Minimum education: 12th pass or Diploma.
• Familiarity with Uber or similar platforms is helpful.
