Job Description

  •  ResponsibilitiesIdentify manpower requirements from different sites (Housekeeping, Security, Electrician, Plumber, MST, Technician, Helpers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and clients for urgent staffing needs
  • Post job requirements on job portals, WhatsApp groups, local vendors, and consultants
  • Conduct telephonic screening and basic interviews
  • Arrange walk-in interviews and field-level hiring
  • Verify candidate documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, experience proof)
  • Ensure immediate joiners availability for urgent sites
  • Maintain candidate database and backup manpower list
  • Coordinate with HR for offer letter and joining formalities
  • Arrange replacement manpower in case of absenteeism or attrition
  • Handle bulk hiring for new project mobilization (especially ATM/Bank/Corporate sites)
  • Follow up with selected candidates till joining confirmation
