We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field & Operations Executive to manage on-ground tasks related to property documentation, coordination with government offices (SROs, municipal departments), and client interactions across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs), municipal departments, and clients for document submissions and pickups
• Assist in property registration, legal verifications, and title report coordination
• Track and report task progress to the central operations team
• Support clients during field visits, ensuring smooth execution of documentation procedures
• Maintain accurate records of daily field activities

Minimum Requirements:

• Require strong communication skills in Marathi
• Comfortable with travel across Mumbai
• Detail-oriented and dependable
