Field Recruiter

• Active Sourcing & Networking: Travel to local areas, job fairs, and community events to find candidates, especially for high-volume roles (e.g., in retail, logistics, or operations).
• Candidate Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct in-person interviews, and assess skills, soft skills, and experience to determine suitability.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles, particularly for regional or decentralized positions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide updates on recruitment progress, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
• Offer & Onboarding Support: Negotiate salary, extend offers, and assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the organization at local events to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on field, retail, or high-volume hiring.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within a specified region.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is typically required, though equivalent experience is often accepted
