- Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in rider onboarding/hiring on the field.

- Day shift between 10 AM - 7 PM

- Should start the day at the assigned location,

- Hiring the rider as per the requirement, Shipments have to be delivered by the hired riders on a FIFO basis.

- Manage the Attendance and the Payroll of the Rider.

- Should be ready to work on the field, bike & android phone

- Should be responsible for rider retention & should build strong relationships with the riders & store incharge
