Job Title: Field Recruiter – Swiggy

About the Role:We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Recruiters to join Swiggy’s talent acquisition team. This is a 100% field-based role, where you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding delivery partners through on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment drives across assigned areas (hotspots, markets, public places, etc.)
• Source and engage potential delivery partners (riders)
• Explain job roles, earnings, and onboarding process clearly to candidates
• Assist candidates with document collection and onboarding formalities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
• Build local networks and references for continuous hiring 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above
• Prior experience in field recruitment / sales / field work is preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
