Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring of delivery partners for Swiggy and Zomato. The role requires strong communication, local area knowledge, and the ability to work independently on field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery partners ka hiring process manage karna (ID creation & onboarding).
• Field pe jaake candidates se connect karna aur unhe Pidge mein join karwana Hai.
• Daily hiring targets achieve karna.
• Reports aur data HR team ke sath share karna.
• Minimum 1 Year ka experience in field hiring/ delivery hiring preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)
• Attractive Incentives – jitni zyada ID banegi, utna zyada earning.
