GLAM – Greenteck Logistics & Mobility Pvt Ltd is expanding its field recruitment team, and we’re looking for energetic Field Recruiters with experience in rider onboarding & bulk hiring.
Location: Field-based (Mumbai)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field recruitment
Domain: Logistics / E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Gig Economy
Role Highlights:
Lead and manage a team of riders
Execute bulk hiring & onboarding of delivery riders
Field visits, recruitment drives, walk-ins & referrals
Ensure end-to-end onboarding, activation & documentation
Coordinate with Operations for rider deployment
Drive targets, productivity & early rider retention
