Field Recruiter

A Field Recruiter finds and attracts talent by working "in the field," attending job fairs, networking, and proactively sourcing candidates for an organization, managing the full hiring cycle from screening and interviewing to extending offers, while closely partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and build the employer brand. Key duties include representing the company at events, conducting interviews onsite, managing candidate pipelines, using ATS, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
