Field Recruiter

About the Role:

As a Field Recruiter at Swiggy, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners (delivery executives) to ensure sufficient manpower for smooth operations in your assigned area. This is a field-based role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit delivery partners through field visits, local campaigns, and tie-ups with job centers.
• Conduct walk-in drives and local recruitment events.
• Explain Swiggy’s delivery model, pay structure, and onboarding process to potential candidates.
• Handle document verification and assist candidates with app installation and training.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of recruitment numbers and targets.
• Coordinate with city HR and operations teams to meet business requirements.
• Identify new recruitment channels and local partnerships to improve hiring efficiency.
• Requirements:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in field recruitment, sales, or delivery partner onboarding (experience with gig platforms like Zomato, Uber, Rapido, etc., is a plus).

• Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
• Good local area knowledge and networking ability.
• Must have: Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Compensation:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Travel Allowance: ₹3,500 per month
• Incentives: Based on monthly hiring performance and targets achieved
