Job Summary:The Field Sales Representative (FSR) will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets in the allocated territory. The role requires regular field visits, market development, and coordination with internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end customers.
• Ensure proper reporting of daily visits, meetings, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the service team for installations and after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.
