Job Description – Sales Executive (Alkaline Water Division)

Job Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our Alkaline Water products. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, distributor/dealer appointment, and achieving monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities•                Generate sales through field visits, retail shops, corporates, gyms, and residential societies.

•                Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers in the assigned area.

•                Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per the sales plan.

•                Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of Alkaline Water to customers.

•                Maintain proper sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

•                Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

•                Ensure after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.

•                Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required Skills&Qualifications•                Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

•                Prior experience in FMCG / Beverage / Water industry preferred.

•                Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•                Ability to work independently and meet targets.

•                Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile reporting apps.

•                Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred).

Salary&Benefits•                Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

•                Incentives based on monthly performance and target achievement.

•                Travel allowance as per company policy.
