Job Description

Position: Sales Officer

Location: Dahisar West Mumbai

Experience: 1– 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Gender Preference : Male Only

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000

– ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Travel Allowance: ₹275 per working day

Probation Period: 3 months

Leave Policy: Sundays and major national holidays off + 14 days annual leave post-confirmation

Must Have : Bike & License

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, young and enthusiastic Sales Executives to promote and sell our exciting range of pet products across retail pet stores in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, enjoy fieldwork, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail pet stores regularly to promote and sell the company’s range of pet products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pet shop owners and store staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at stores.
• Collect market feedback and share insights on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and timely payments.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Graduate or Diploma (any stream).

·      Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or pet-related products.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      A motivated go-getter with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

·      Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

·      Should enjoy working outdoors and meeting people daily.

·      Must possess a 2-wheeler and valid driving license for local travel.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting will be an added advantage.
