Field Sales Executive

Desired Candidate Profile:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Sales Presentations & Pitching

• Deliver product/service demos and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Convince and convert potential customers.

3. Deal Closure & Revenue Achievement

• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle client queries and escalate issues when necessary.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Update CRM/sales tracker with daily field activity.
• Share market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, service delivery).

Preferred Candidates : Must have a 2 wheeler and driving license
