Urgent Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FSE)
📍 Location:
All areas of Mumbai, Maharashtra
Who Can Apply?
- Male candidates (10th / 12th pass)
- Sales experience preferred (any industry)
- Must own a bike
Job Role:
- Sound Box Service / Sales FSE
- Job Type: Full-time, 100% field work
- Payroll: Company payroll
Responsibilities:
- Visit shops as per company-provided leads
- Install, replace, and service Sound Boxes
- Work on EDC (Swipe Machine) and Loan Verification
- Resolve complaints at existing stores
- An assigned area will be given with Paytm’s existing customers
- Daily target: approx. 10 points
- Around 15 leads provided per day
- 7 days training will be provided by the company.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹21,500 in hand (₹16,500 + PF + Insurance + ESI)
- Annual bonus
- Petrol charges
- ₹100 per day travel allowance
- Monthly incentives: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000
