Job Overview : Niyo Global Solutions is hiring Customer Support Executives for a field-based sales role. The executive will visit corporate offices to promote and sell Niyo Global Forex Cards directly to employees. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, mobility, and the ability to close sales on the field.

Key Responsibilities :Visit assigned corporate offices and engage with employees Promote and sell Niyo Global Forex Cards Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers Assist customers with onboarding and basic queries Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients Provide basic customer support post-sales, if required Submit daily activity and sales reports

Eligibility Criteria :Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)Experience in field sales / direct sales / BFSI sales is an advantage

Mandatory: Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid Driving License (DL)Willingness to travel locally within assigned locations

Required Skills:Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)Strong persuasion and negotiation skillsCustomer-focused approachSelf-motivated and target-drivenProfessional appearance and attitude
