Job Description

We are seeking energetic and ambitious interns to drive the marketing and sales of our highly sought-after Working Capital Facility, offered under the CGTMSE scheme. This is a challenging, client-facing field role crucial to our business growth.


Key Responsibilities

As a Working Capital Sales Interim, your primary focus will be on direct client engagement and product advocacy:


Field Marketing: Actively visit and engage with target segments, including retail shop owners, traders, and small to medium-sized manufacturers.


Product Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of our CGTMSE-backed Working Capital Facility (up to 5 Crore).


Client Consultation: Understand the working capital needs of the business owners and demonstrate how our product offers specific, tangible benefits over traditional financing options.


Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify potential customers, build initial relationships, and ensure strong follow-up to convert interest into successful applications.


Market Feedback: Gather and relay valuable market intelligence regarding competitor offerings and customer needs to the management team.
