Job Description
Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting customers in assigned areas, promoting products or services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories.
Promote and sell company products/services.
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.
Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the field.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate, Insurance, or B2B sales.
Knowledge of local market and customer base.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
