Job Description

  • Responsible for 40–50 ATMs in the assigned area.
  • Visit each ATM at least twice a month to check cleanliness, maintenance, and proper working.
  • Mark every visit using CMAC card and submit visit reports to the concerned team.
  • Coordinate with bank branch, cash agency (CIT), and CAC team to ensure timely cash replenishment and avoid cash-out situations.
  • Ensure quick resolution of ATM faults to maintain maximum uptime.
  • Check ATM security to ensure no skimming devices, hidden cameras, or tampering of card reader and keypad.
  • Ensure power supply, cables, and ports are secure and not accessible to the public.
  • Monitor caretaker presence, uniform, and ID card at ATM sites.
  • Check working condition of AC, UPS, CCTV, lighting, signage, and surveillance systems.
  • Ensure only latest approved posters and advertisements are displayed inside ATM rooms.
  • Report any issues immediately to Field Supervisor and Local Command Centre and follow up with vendors as per SLA timelines.
  • Visit ATMs in case of emergencies such as installation, replacement, vandalism, fraud, fire, or flood.
  • Coordinate with all vendors, security staff, housekeeping, and technical teams for smooth ATM operations.
  • Perform any other ATM-related duties assigned by the Bank from time to time.
