Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Responsibilities: Visit shops and businesses in open market areas to promote and sell EDC (POS) Machines.

• Generate leads through field visits and convert them into successful sales.
• Assist customers with opening Savings Accounts (SB) and Current Accounts (CA).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic client queries.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with prospective customers.
• Eligibility Criteria: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Age: As per company norms
• Gender: Male / Female
• Required Skills: Hands-on experience in EDC/POS machine sales or Bank Account Opening (SB/CA) preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Customer-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of banking or fintech products is an advantage
