Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.


Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and requirements related to telecommunications and internet services.


Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that complement the client's existing solutions, enhancing their overall experience.


Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and work towards closing deals in a timely and efficient manner.


Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify future business opportunities.


Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in Microsoft Excel.
