Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team and help expand our high-speed broadband, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), leased line, and internet services across residential, small business, and commercial segments.

You will be responsible for door-to-door / field sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, plan demonstrations, and closing sales in your assigned territory while delivering excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesActively canvass and visit residential societies, apartments, independent houses, small offices, shops, and commercial establishments in the assigned area to generate leads and acquire new broadband / fiber internet customers.
  • Promote and sell various internet plans (FTTH, broadband, leased lines, Wi-Fi solutions, bundled services) by clearly explaining speed, pricing, offers, installation benefits, and value proposition.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable plans/packages, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales on the spot.
  • Conduct on-site surveys (feasibility checks) and coordinate with the technical/installation team for smooth onboarding.
  • Collect required customer documents (ID proof, address proof, etc.) and complete sales formalities / activation requests.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and revenue goals assigned by the company.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of visits, leads generated, demos conducted, sales closed, and pipeline status in CRM / company app.
  • Follow up with prospects, resolve basic queries, and ensure high conversion from lead to sale.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners and society office bearers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in the telecom/broadband sector.

Participate in local promotional activities, camps, and events when required.
