Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. The role involves on-ground sales visits, product presentations, generating inquiries, and closing orders for our full range of Earthing, Lightning Protection, Copper Bonded Rods, Cable Lugs, Brass Glands, and Electrical Safety Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to electrical distributors, contractors, panel builders, EPC companies, OEMs, and project sites.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Promote the complete product portfolio: Earthing Rods, Lightning Protection Systems, Cable Lugs, Cable Cleats, Brass Cable Glands, and UL Certified products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical knowledge where required.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in your assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, dispatch, and after-sales support.
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in electrical products or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products (basic training will be provided).
• Valid driving license (if applicable).
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
