About Us:Kaivanya Extrusion Technik specializes in Bimetallic Screw Barrels and Plasticizing Screws for the plastic extrusion and injection molding industry. We provide high-quality solutions for industrial clients across India.

• Job Responsibilities:Visit factories and industrial clients to promote and sell extrusion machines, screw barrels, and plasticizing screws.
• Generate new leads and build strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide technical guidance on extrusion products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and CRM updates.
• Travel to assigned regions for client visits and business development.
• Required Skills & Experience:2–5 years of B2B / Field Sales experience in industrial or machinery products.
• Knowledge of plastic extrusion, screw barrels, or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Comfortable with daily factory visits and traveling across multiple locations.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Educational Qualification:Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Plastics, or related fields is preferred.
