Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2C

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive field sales activities in the assigned territory.
  • Visit potential customers, retail outlets, and channel partners to promote IMSAFE products.
  • Generate leads, conduct product demos, and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order booking, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional campaigns.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to connect with customers at the ground level.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.


Qualifications & Experience

-Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2C/Retail Sales (FMCG, Consumer Durables, Safety Equipment, or related industries preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
