We need Field Sales Executive in Andheri location, & nearby the Andheri location to work in IOCL Project


XTRAPOWER JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Qualifications / Profile of DSA: 

Ø Minimum qualification – 12th pass, Fluent in Hindi, English and local regional language

Ø Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience in a similar field. Similar fields include fields of customer solicitation and/or retention in Transport Industry, Automobile and allied Industry, Credit/Debit Card Industry or Direct sale of consumer goods/FMCG/Durables etc., or experience of having worked with transport companies/transporters.

Ø Age: 24 years to 50 years. Relaxation in the age limit can be considered in exceptional cases based on the merit of the case entirely at the discretion of IOCL.

Ø Must have 2-wheeler for smooth working and visiting to customers

Ø DSA can earn up to 60% of salary as Incentive in each month (Based on the parameter set by the company

Ø Police Verification needs to be done

Ø Travelling Allowance Rs.3750 Per Month.

Ø Communication / Internet allowance will be Rs. 600 per month.

 

Responsibilities of DSAs:

A) Lead Generation:

DSA shall ensure that all prospective and potential customers operating within the assigned region are systematically mapped and profiled. The database shall include comprehensive customer details such as: name, address, key contact person, contact information, existing fleet size, average fuel consumption, fuel share across Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), operational routes (NH/SH), preferred transport hubs, and current fuel purchase modes (credit, card, or cash), among other relevant attributes as prescribed by IOCL. Weekly solicitation plan of these leads to be shared with reporting official.

Each DSA shall record calls made to customers on a web interface if provided by IOCL team/ online app as advised by IOCL from time to time.

 

B) Customer Enrolment:

The DSA shall be responsible for soliciting new customers for IOCL under the XTRAPOWER Fleet Card Program by identifying and engaging with potential users. The DSA must understand customer needs and effectively position the loyalty program as a tailored solution. DSA can enroll all types customers as per the running process of customer enrolment.

DSA shall ensure that all prospective customers are enrolled into IOCL’s XTRAPOWER Loyalty

 

C) Customer Activation:

DSA shall ensure that proper handholding is carried out post receipt of cards by the customer till activation of cards

DSA shall call on the existing customers and understand their needs / requirements / concerns /feedback on IOCL’s loyalty program and help customers map participating retail outlets.

DSA shall track actual fuel spends of customers vis-à-vis potential fuel spends and periodically follow up to increase their share of fuel spends on IOCL’s loyalty program.

DSA shall visit Transport Hubs / Transport associations and conduct Customer / Driver Mela’s to increase awareness of the program.

 

D) Customer Servicing:

DSA shall ensure that all fleet card customers are updated on the latest developments in the IOCL’s loyalty program like new features, campaign, redemption o􀆯er, call center, payment methods, etc.

DSA shall provide a report of the beat plan to the concerned IOCL O􀆯icer and their adherence to it monthly

DSA to ensure that the requests raised by the customers are recorded, tracked, and escalated if not settled. DSA to update the customers on the status of the request.

DSA shall attend any official meetings organized by IOCL o􀆯icers / teams
