Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm

About the Role:

We are looking for reliable and responsible Service Executives to join our team at Paytm. Your primary task will be to visit customer locations and replace Paytm Soundbox devices based on service requests or complaints. This role is field-based and requires good communication skills, ownership, and timely task completion.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹21,000 (in-hand) fixed salary
• Attractive incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer complaints related to Paytm Soundbox devices
• Replace or install Paytm Soundbox at customer locations
• Maintain proper documentation of each service completed
• Ensure timely resolution and professional interaction with customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Must own a bike for field visits
• Valid PAN Card
• Valid Aadhaar Card
• Basic understanding of customer service and field operations
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
