We specialize in printed laminates, roll form packaging and customized packaging solutions for FMCG and food brands.


We are now looking to expand our sales team with a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive.



🎯 Role Overview



As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, understanding packaging requirements, and closing B2B deals within your assigned territory.


This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B manufacturing sales.



🔥 Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and develop new B2B clients (FMCG, food, retail brands)
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings across Mumbai
  • Generate leads through cold calling and references
  • Understand packaging requirements and coordinate with internal team
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Negotiate pricing and close orders
  • Ensure timely payment follow-up
  • Maintain sales reports and pipeline tracking



✅ Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in meeting purchase managers and business owners
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Basic understanding of pricing and commercial discussions
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting

  • Experience in flexible packaging / FMCG / printing industry
  • Knowledge of packaging materials (PET, PE, laminates etc.)
  • Existing network in food or FMCG companies
