Job Description
- Identify and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Promote and sell loan products such as personal, home, mortgage, and business loans.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan volumes and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business partners to generate repeat and referral business.
- Provide regular reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on competitor products, interest rates, and market trends.
