Role Overview

As a B2B Sales Executive at Keiiarra, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, corporate gifting, retail tie-ups, and bulk sales. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep appreciation for luxury products and storytelling.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, hotels, salons, boutiques, event planners, and gifting agencies.
  • Client Acquisition & Management:
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored perfume solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product demos, fragrance experience sessions, and brand presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Business Development:
  • Negotiate and close B2B deals while ensuring profit margins and brand standards are maintained.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support client requirements, packaging needs, and delivery timelines.
  • Market Research:
  • Track industry trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel dashboards.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.

  • Understanding of luxury, fragrance, or lifestyle markets preferred
  • Confident negotiator with a result-oriented approach

  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B, corporate, or luxury sales (FMCG, cosmetics, hospitality, or gifting sector preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
