Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to promote our unique product range to doctors and healthcare professionals. The role involves field visits, relationship building, and scientific promotion of our phytopharma innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet doctors (gynecologists, endocrinologists, general physicians, etc.) in assigned territory across Mumbai

Promote assigned products with accurate scientific detailing and marketing material

Conduct product detailing, sampling, and follow-ups

Organize CMEs, product demos, and awareness sessions when required

Maintain records of visits, feedback, and prescription trends

Collaborate with internal teams for inventory, marketing, and training needs

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI goals

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm / B.Sc / BMS / Graduate in Life Sciences or related field

0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales

Freshers passionate about wellness and healthcare are welcome

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Field-readiness, ownership, and growth mindset

Comfort with using basic reporting tools (Excel/CRM apps)
