Target Achievement: Meeting sales goals for various payment products in assigned regions.

Typical Requirements:

Education: Often a graduate degree, but some roles may accept 10th/12th pass.

Experience: Varies by role (e.g., 0-4.5 years for Field Executive, more for Team Leads) in sales/BD.

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, convincing, self-motivation, and local language proficiency.
