Field Sales Executive

Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Kandivali to Borivalli | CBD Belapur to Vashi | Andheri to Malad

Languages Required:

Hindi, English (Marathi is an added advantage)

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 2 months – 6 years (More experience is also welcome)

Driving License & Bike: Mandatory

Documents Required: Experience Letter & Last Take-Home Salary Pay Slips

Age: 25 – 37 years

Notice Period: 0 – 7 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹5 LPA (Based on experience)

Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,600

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer site visits for plots listed on the property platform

Coordinate and attend scheduled meetings with interested buyers

Be available at visit locations on time

Explain property details clearly and professionally

Support in deal closures

Achieve assigned targets (details will be shared by the manager)

Visit Structure:

Long-distance visits (more than 20 km): Up to 2 visits per day

Short-distance visits (within 20 km): Up to 4 visits per day
