Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Contractor Associate Location Assigned Territory (Field Role)

• Qualification Minimum 12th pass / Diploma holders / Graduates preferred
• Experience Freshers can apply
• Candidates with experience in paint industry, construction, hardware, or allied industries preferred
• Age Preferably below 25 years

Job Overview The Contractor Associate will work in the field to build relationships with painters and contractors and enroll them in the Sparkle Loyalty Program. The role focuses on increasing engagement with painters and contractors, promoting company products, and supporting sales activities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enrolment

• Identify and approach painters and contractors in the assigned territory.
• Enroll them into the Sparkle Loyalty Program.
• Maintain accurate records of enrolled members.

2. Activation

• Regularly visit enrolled painters and contractors.
• Inform them about ongoing schemes, offers, and loyalty benefits.
• Encourage product purchases through dealers to maintain active participation in the program.

3. Market Engagement

• Conduct painter and contractor meetings along with the sales team.
• Work with TSM/TSE and dealers to promote new products and schemes.
• Increase awareness about new product launches and special incentive programs.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with painters and contractors.
• Provide support and information about company products and loyalty benefits.

Interview Process First Round: Interview with Trade Area Sales Managers (ASM).

Second Round: Interview with Trade Regional Sales Managers (RSM).
