Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive (FSE) to join Paytm's sales team, focusing on card selling. As a part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Credit Cards and expanding our customer base by engaging directly with potential customers in the field.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. This is a field-based role that requires a proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:
• Drive the sales of QR Code/Speakers by targeting potential customers in assigned regions.
• Customer Engagement:
• Directly interact with prospects to understand their financial needs, educate them about the benefits of Paytm cards, and close sales effectively.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads through various means such as referrals, cold calls, networking, and market visits. Proactively reach out to new customers and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Market Awareness:
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer preferences. Keep up-to-date with Paytm products and features to effectively communicate their value propositions.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Accurately maintain sales records, customer data, and transaction details in the company's CRM system. Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and achievements against targets.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and resolving queries. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
• Brand Promotion:
• Actively represent Paytm in the market and promote the brand in a professional manner, ensuring the company's values and reputation are upheld.
• Key Requirements:

• Education:
• Minimum 12th Grade or equivalent; Graduates are preferred.

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales, preferably in financial products, cards, or banking services.

• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on sales targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products (cards, banking, etc.).
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (if required for the territory).
