Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Sales Executive to drive sales of our software solutions in the India region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for software products in the assigned region.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–7 years of proven field sales experience in software/IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with regular regional travel.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
