Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and market intelligence.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers for Loan
• Conduct financial analysis to assess customer eligibility for home loans.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing of applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners for business sourcing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for disbursements and sourcing.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.
