1. Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans for revenue generation.

2. Identify and connect with potential corporate anchors (large buyers/suppliers) and distributors in FMCG, FMEG, and other relevant sectors.

3. Conduct regular market visits to engage distributors, explain WALKfin lending products, and drive onboarding.

4. Assist in proposal creation, client meetings, and internal coordination to ensure smooth onboarding.

5. Manage service agreement sign-offs and support downstream financing opportunities.

6. Oversee repayment collections and ensure timely follow-ups with distributors.

7. Mentor and support distributors throughout their application and financing journey.

8. Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

9. Drive innovative business strategies to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.

10. Maintain accurate lead data, track the sales pipeline, and submit monthly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. 1 years of relevant sales experience in NBFC, Fintech, or allied industries.

3. Proven track record in distributor/channel sales or B2B sales.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in field-based roles.

6. Professional, well-groomed, and a strong team player.
